Mr. T.E. Deurvorst, attorney at law

Dr Titia E. Deurvorst MCJ has been in legal practice in Amsterdam for many years. From 1989 to 1994, she carried out research at Utrecht University, earning her law doctorate with a dissertation on Damages, payment of a reasonable royalty, and surrender of profits in cases of infringement of intellectual property rights.

Dr Deurvorst’s expertise is based on extensive experience as a practising lawyer, legal scholar, and deputy judge. Some of her experience was gained with Van Doorne (Amsterdam), one of the Netherlands’ largest international law firms and Eversheds-Sutherland, worldwide one of the largest firms.
